Shana loves helping clients find a place to call home.

She’s a Rhode Island native whose real estate career began in 2001. As a marketer, she grew her knowledge and skills to educate others about home buying and selling.

When the market took a turn for the worse, she personally helped 213 families move on from being ‘underwater’ with their home loans by assisting them in negotiating a 'short sale' with their mortgage holders.

Now as a homeowner and property investor herself, Shana is passionate about showing clients how to build wealth with real estate so they can reach their goals.

She’s licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and she enjoys every opportunity to help buyers, sellers and investors achieve their dreams.

She’s a softy when it comes to animals (especially dogs and horses), and she’s committed to serving others.

William Davis brings more than a decade of marketing and media experience to Spectrum Real Estate Consultants, with a career rooted in creative strategy, real estate content production, and brand development. Originally from a small farm town in Connecticut, William has led marketing efforts for fast-growing agencies and consumer brands alike—launching campaigns that generated seven-figure returns and producing content that helped properties and teams stand out in competitive markets.

Before joining Spectrum, William served as Marketing Director for multiple real estate-focused companies, overseeing paid and organic media strategies, video production, social media management, and client communications nationwide. From Rhode Island to California, his work has empowered buyers, sellers, and investors to make more informed decisions through storytelling, strategic visibility, and elevated digital experiences.

At Spectrum, William leads the charge on brand identity, digital marketing, and content creation—ensuring each listing, campaign, and client touchpoint reflects the team’s professionalism, values, and community-driven mission.

He holds a degree in Broadcast & Streaming Media from Champlain College and is passionate about helping brands grow through clarity, consistency, and creativity. 

Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course, skiing New England slopes, or spending time at his homestead with his wife and their animals. He’s a graduate of Champlain College in Burlington, VT and a lover of old cars, scenic drives and the great outdoors.
