He began his career as a Sales Development Representative at a marketing firm, where he gained a foundational understanding of growth funnels, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies. From there, he joined a real estate-focused video production company, where he spent a year developing critical skills across multiple disciplines. During this time, Aidan expanded his expertise in graphic design, professional camera operation, video editing, web design, copywriting, and advanced lighting—while also managing client relationships and executing high-performing ad campaigns.

He played an instrumental role in crafting marketing materials, developing SOPs, launching email marketing strategies, and delivering consistent, branded content for real estate professionals.

At Spectrum, Aidan serves as Executive Marketing Assistant—supporting listing launches, digital campaigns, backend systems, and day-to-day execution. His role ensures that every listing and brand touchpoint aligns with the team’s mission and reflects Spectrum’s commitment to service, professionalism, and community impact.
