Marketing Report Glossary

Your report shows how people found, viewed, and responded to the marketing. Use this quick guide to understand what each number means.

Views
The number of times video content was viewed or played. Each platform has its own rule for when a view is counted, and repeat views may be included.
Accounts reached
The estimated number of different accounts that saw the content at least once. If the same account saw it more than once, that account is still counted only once here.
Link clicks
The number of times people clicked a link in the content. A click does not always mean the destination page finished loading or that the person became a lead.
Shares
The number of times people sent the content to someone else or reposted it for their own audience.
Saves
The number of times people saved the content so they could return to it later.
Interactions
The actions people took with the content, such as liking, commenting, sharing, saving, or clicking. The exact actions included can vary by platform.
Impressions
The total number of times the content appeared on a screen. Repeat appearances count, which is why impressions are usually higher than accounts reached.
Leads
People who showed interest and provided contact information, usually by completing an inquiry form. A lead is an inquiry, not necessarily a confirmed client.
