Pete knows how to sell a house FAST! He explained very well what needed to be done on my part to get the house ready. He and his group were great at highlighting the value in my home area. Justin was an amazing help throughout this experience. I had been in a difficult situation financially with a home that required repairs and he worked with me to coordinate contractors to come do the necessary repairs to help me sell my home. Literally changed the path of my life financially thanks to Justin’s efforts!

Justin made the process of selling my father’s home very easy. He answered every call, day or night and when he couldn’t, he quickly called me back. I’m not very computer savvy and Justin had no problem adjusting to doing business the old-fashioned way - phone calls, pens, and paper. My experience with Justin was just wonderful. He went above and beyond for me, he sold my house in two days above asking price. I had surgery during the time the house was being sold and just in came to me and after it was sold Justin in the attorney came to my apartment for the closing so I didn't have to go anywhere. That is what you call above and beyond.

I can't say enough about Justin. His professionalism, his caring, his work ethic, his follow through - all top-notch. We spoke with him originally in 2021 and he kept in touch. He stayed with us over the long haul!  In a difficult market he worked hard to sell this house that was in the midst of construction and in receivership.  When we were dealing with medical issues he was reassuring and when he was dealing with a family emergency he was still communicating.
