After months of planning, packing, and preparation, the Spectrum Real Estate Consultants Team at Keller Williams Leading Edge officially celebrated the grand opening of its new office at 28 Thurber Boulevard in Smithfield, RI on Friday, October 17th, 2025 — marking an exciting new chapter for our team and the brokerage we’re proud to call home.
The evening brought together clients, friends, partners, and local professionals for an incredible night of community, connection, and celebration. Attendees enjoyed refreshments, networking, and tours of the newly designed space, which now serves as a hub for collaboration and continued growth for agents across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
Keller Williams Leading Edge, now celebrating 18 years of service, continues to expand its presence as one of Rhode Island’s top brokerages — currently ranked #8 statewide out of 672 brokerages by RI MLS. The new 8,000+ square foot Smithfield office offers enhanced accessibility, modern meeting spaces, and a 2,500 square foot training center to better support both agents and clients.
“After 18 years, this new Smithfield office gives us the room and resources to grow beyond our current 160 agents,” said Lou Barrows, co-owner.
